NTR Security Services is a PSARA-licensed Mumbai-based agency providing security guarding, event security, personal protection, housekeeping, manpower supply and maintenance — all under one supervisor, one contract and one accountable name.
Ashwani Gupta · Founder · NTR Security Services
NTR Security Services was founded by Ashwani Gupta, a security operations professional with deep experience in risk management, people leadership and on-ground operations across Mumbai. The brief was simple: build a PSARA-licensed agency that places trained, well-treated personnel at client sites — and keeps them there.
Today, NTR serves housing societies, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, industrial sites and event hosts across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Many clients have been with us for several years — a quiet measure of how the work is actually being done.
The agency operates from Andheri West (see our security services in Andheri) with a 24/7 operations desk, roving supervisors across regions, a training programme aligned to PSARA norms, and full statutory compliance — wages, EPF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity and uniform — built into every contract.
To deliver Mumbai's most considered security and facility services — by training real people, paying them properly and supervising them well.
To be the Mumbai client's default first call when the question is "who do we trust to actually run this on the ground?"
PSARA, EPF, ESIC, statutory wages and bonus — paperwork ready for any client or audit. Compliance is the start, not a sales line.
Society politics, monsoon protocols, festival surges, parking conflicts and corporate-floor etiquette — our training accounts for all of it.
Roving supervisors and a 24/7 ops desk make sure what was promised in the proposal shows up at your gate every day.
Most NTR clients have been with us for years. We measure ourselves on retention more than on logos.
