Compliance & Licenses

The compliance posture behind a PSARA-licensed Mumbai security agency.

Compliance is the floor of NTR Security Services, not a sales line. PSARA licensing, EPF, ESIC, statutory wages, police verification and training records — kept current, kept auditable, kept ready to share.

Six compliance pillars

What "compliant" actually means in our contracts.

01

PSARA license

Maharashtra-issued Private Security Agencies Regulation Act license — the statutory authorisation to operate in the state.

02

EPF & ESIC

Statutory provident fund and employee state insurance for all eligible deployed personnel — challans available for review.

03

Statutory wages & bonus

Wages aligned to Maharashtra notifications, with bonus, gratuity and uniform provisioning built into client contracts.

04

Police verification

Every guard police-verified before deployment, with verification records retained and shareable with clients.

05

Training & PSARA induction

Every guard trained per PSARA induction syllabus before being placed on a site, with periodic refreshers.

06

Incident & duty registers

Site-level duty registers, visitor logs and incident reports — auditable on demand.

FAQ

Compliance and licenses — common questions

Useful for committees, procurement teams and corporate clients evaluating NTR.

What is the PSARA license and why does it matter?
PSARA is the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005. Any agency providing private security personnel in India must hold a PSARA license issued by the state authority. It is the basic legal authorisation to operate. NTR Security Services is PSARA-licensed in Maharashtra.
Are NTR guards on EPF and ESIC?
Yes. All NTR-deployed personnel — guards, supervisors, housekeeping, manpower — are onboarded with EPF (Employees Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employees State Insurance) where applicable, with statutory wages, bonus and gratuity provisioning per the contract.
How is police verification handled?
Every guard is police-verified before deployment. We retain copies of the verification request, ID and address proofs, and PSARA training certificate centrally — and share them with clients on request as part of any tender or compliance review.
What is included in NTR’s monthly compliance reporting to clients?
Monthly compliance reports cover wage register, EPF/ESIC remittance summary, attendance, supervisor visit logs and any incident reports. Larger clients can request these as a recurring monthly pack.
Can NTR support our internal procurement / vendor audits?
Yes. We have supported procurement audits, society committee reviews and corporate vendor compliance audits — by sharing PSARA license, EPF/ESIC challans, training records and police verification samples.
